REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and whenever possible, we are happy to work toward a reasonable resolution for eligible concerns.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and colors may appear different depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with:

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement if deemed eligible.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size when placing an order. We recommend using our nail sizing kit before purchasing (or buying your own nail sizing kit) if needed, for more accurate sizing.
